We pride ourselves on producing high quality bespoke wills. We have a particular interest in Wills that are associated with care home fee planning. These usually involve setting up discretionary trusts. These are especailly relevant for inheritance tax or care fees or where special protective financial arrangements may be needed for vulnerable individuals. In any case where tax may be relevant we work closely with chartered accountants, tax advisers and barristers with expertise in these areas.

Many of our Wills involve discretionary trusts and we are often involved in the administration of such trusts over many years.
