Whilst we are happy to receive initial contact by telephone we feel that it is important that we meet all of our clients face to face.  We insist on meeting all clients in all transactions.  Our clients have long running relationships with us and we have acted for most of our clients for many years.  In some cases as long as thirty years.  This enables us to develop a deep understanding of their needs.

All of our clients are recommended by existing clients or other professionals we work with such as chartered accountants, barristers, stockbrokers or chartered surveyors. Most of our clients are local, for example: Penn, Wombourne, Tettenhall, Codsall and Finchfield but we also have clients in the Shetland Isles and New Zealand.

Severe Brain Injury

Vincent Oakley has a particular interest in severe brain injury claims and has recovered more than £7 million* in damages for clients with brain injury.  His highest award so far has been £5 million for a single individual.  He has acted as a Court of Protection Deputy since 1996.  He provides comprehensive advice about recovering compensation and rebuilding life after serious brain damage.  This involves setting up a care regime, designing and building appropriate accommodation, getting the right transport and the best rehabilitation, managing payroll and investments to name but a few!  He has worked with the leading experts in the UK in this field for 15 years.
