We provide a very personal legal service for individuals, in the Wolverhampton area: mostly in Penn, Wombourne, Tettenhall, Codsall and Finchfield. Our local work is residential conveyancing, wills, probate and trusts.  Claire Oakley is a Chartered Tax Adviser and advises on taxation matters such as inheritance tax in connection with wills and trusts.

Vincent Oakley has a particular interest in severe brain injury claims and has recovered more than £7 million in damages for clients with brain injury*.  His highest award so far has been £5 million for a single individual.  He has acted as a Court of Protection Deputy since 1996.
